Father's Coffee is a social comedy-drama series. A family decides to import coffee but it is not an easy business. They face difficulties. Family problems plus the financial and social issues make some comedy drama situations. The series is directed by Mehran Modiri. A well-known Iranian director and actor mostly in the social comedy-drama genre. In 2009 he was mentioned by Newsweek as one of the influential characters who dominate public discourse in Iran.
